These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LnPicker, the LinkedIn Comment Picker available at lnpicker.com. By using the tool, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These Terms were last updated in 2026. Questions can go to [email protected].
What LnPicker is
LnPicker is a tool that reads public comments on a LinkedIn post you specify and selects winners at random for giveaways and contests. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or its parent companies. "LinkedIn" is used only to describe what the tool works with.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, and at least the minimum age required by local law, to use LnPicker. By using the tool, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide to us is accurate.
Free trials and subscriptions
New users receive 3 free trial draws so they can test the tool before paying. After the trials, continued use requires an active subscription. Current plans are the Creator plan at $5 per month and the Growth plan at $50 per year. Prices may change, and we'll show current pricing on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms for the payment itself.
Subscriptions provide access to the tool's features for the period you pay for. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, plans may renew according to the billing cycle you select, and you can cancel to stop future renewals. Cancelling stops further charges; it doesn't retroactively refund a period already paid for, except where required by law or where we choose to make an exception. Acceptable use
You agree to use LnPicker fairly and lawfully. You will not use the tool to break LinkedIn's terms or any applicable law, to access private or non-public content, to harass, defraud, or deceive anyone, or to run a contest you don't have the right to run. You won't try to break, overload, scrape around, or reverse-engineer the service, interfere with its security, or use automated means to abuse the free trials or our infrastructure. You're responsible for making sure your giveaway itself is legal where you operate, including any rules about prizes, eligibility, disclosures, and taxes.
Your giveaway, your responsibility
LnPicker draws a winner; it doesn't run your promotion for you. The rules you publish, the prize you offer, the way you handle entrant data, and the way you announce and deliver the prize are all yours to manage. We provide a fair, random selection and exportable records to back it up, but the contest is your project and your obligation. We're not a party to it and aren't responsible for disputes between you and your entrants.
Fairness of the draw
LnPicker uses a cryptographically secure random selection process so that every eligible entry has an equal chance. We don't manipulate results and we don't offer any way to bias a draw toward a particular entry. That said, the pool of "eligible" entries depends on the filters you choose and on the public data available from the post at the time of the draw. You're responsible for setting filters that match your stated rules.
Intellectual property
The LnPicker name, tool, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms don't give you any ownership of the tool. You may use it for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, resell, or pass it off as your own. Comment data drawn from LinkedIn belongs to the people who posted it and to LinkedIn under their terms; we simply read what's public so you can run your draw.
Availability and changes
We work to keep LnPicker available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may set or adjust usage limits to keep the service healthy for everyone. We'll try to give notice of significant changes where it's practical to do so.
Disclaimers
LnPicker is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't warrant that the tool will be error-free, that every post will load, or that results will meet a specific legal standard for your jurisdiction's contest rules. You use the tool at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LnPicker and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or disputes with your entrants, arising from your use of the tool. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to cover and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs arising from your giveaway, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the tool, to the extent the law allows.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You can stop using LnPicker at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue after termination.
Governing law and changes to these Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may revise these Terms as the service evolves; the updated date at the top will reflect the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
